Our Battle With Earth

Like seals with sharks, impending disaster
Humanity stamps its ticket to doom
As our earth deteriorates faster
The fact remains of  the lack of room

We strike earth down, whimpering at its knee
As it fires back through natural means
How? I ask of thee, do we live care free
When land's teaming, with parasitic genes

As our battle with earth remains intense
Our chance of victory will disappear
For all of earths attacks were just self-defense
We remain as extinctions puppeteers

Humans left an irreparable dent
For hell's where humanity shall be sent

  1. Just great, a bit scary but great. Great word choice.
